Canada-Russia Cooperative Environmental
The Canada-Russia Cooperative Environmental Decision-making Project is a three year CIDA-funded activity to demonstrate Canadian models of cooperation and decision-making, and apply them to help develop cooperative management plans for priority environmental problems in Russia.
